I like many shades of blue, but one of my favorites is turquoise. So, of course one of my favorite blogs is House of Turquoise, written by Erin. She features different homes that are designed with the color turquoise. They are beautiful rooms, and Erin has been nice enough to let me feature a few of my favorites.
This first room (pictured above and below) is a lovely bedroom that combines a lot of white with accents of turquoise and navy. Designed by Whitney Cutler of Morrison Fairfax Interiors.
The living area of this beach home is fantastic! I love the white beadboard with the turquoise walls, and the fabulous floral grommet draperies. This house was designed by Nagwa Seif Interior Design.
Here is another beautiful bedroom done by Guehne-Made. I love the comforter, and look at that crown molding! It really makes the turquoise walls pop.
My dream bathroom. All of the white with the touches of turquoise is so fresh and clean looking. The turquoise floor tile border is fantastic! This bathroom was designed by Echelon Custom Homes.
This bedroom is in the Annie Laurie Cottage on St. Simons Island in Georgia, which is available as a rental. I love the turquoise plank walls, and the headboard is a great style!
I love the horizontal stripes in this wallpaper, and the bench seat area. This room was designed by Martha O’Hara Interiors.
I hope you have enjoyed these turquoise inspired rooms. Do you love decorating with turquoise too?
